错误对话框"sqlite3_extended.dll",error 998.

请高手支招啊。
错误对话框：cannot find import;DLL may be missing,corrupt,or wrong version file"sqlite3_extended.dll",error 998.
已经按之前有人遇到的问题操作了，还是不行啊。卸载后全盘已经没有sqlite3_extended.dll，重新安装时候关闭了杀毒软件，过程中没有出现杀毒提示。按下面第2个帖子覆盖sqlite3_extended.dll文件，还是一样的提示error 998.
我的是xp系统。
