题录附件太长无法修改名称和添加附件

问题：
1、题录中pdf变成文件夹，删除该文件夹。
2、重新下载pdf文件（文件名为12，文件在电脑硬盘上）。
3、在题录中成功添加了附加（设置是“移动”），通过“批量重命名”的方式修改名称，出错（如图1）。
4、将题录中的附件另存到电脑，将名称修改成《An investigation of the heat pump performance and ground temperature of a piled foundation heat exchanger system for a residential building》，删除题录中的附件。
5、无法再次为题录添加该附件，将文件名称变短“An investigation of the heat pump performance and ground temperature ”可以添加附件，但是无法改成《An investigation of the heat pump performance and ground temperature of a piled foundation heat exchanger system for a residential building》（提示错误信息，如图2）。

注：pdf文件只是修改了名称，不存在文件存储在其他存储介质（比如移动硬盘或U盘）和文件被打开等情况

目前的办法只能用短一点的名称了。

没有权限的话，查看一下是不是PDF设置成已读，或者是打开状态？

都不是啊，但是我把pdf文献的名字改短一些，似乎就可以了。
比如《An investigation of the heat pump performance and ground temperature of a piled foundation heat exchanger system for a residential building》

这个pdf不能作为附件添加，但是名称改短一些比如《An investigation of the heat pump performance and ground temperature 》就可以。

问题是：1）之前都可以，后来就不可以了，就连以前文件名太长的附件都不可用了（附件也找不到了）。2）文件名改短了以后，也无法通过附件批量修改文件命了，这意味着有些文献名字不能用题名了。这怎么破？

楼主的PDF是放在U盘里或者移动硬盘里了吗？ 还没出现过这个问题，可以加我qq1798400213（工作时间） 发来我看看

就是在电脑上，不是在其他移动硬盘或者U盘上，也没打开。
