References in the narrative text should be superscript (like this1and this2-3). The reference list
should be numbered consecutively as they are cited. List all citation authors when there are six
or fewer; when there are seven or more, list the first three, followed by et al. When in doubt,
follow PubMed style. Include DOI and original link where available. Do not use any grouping or
