如何自定义题录的输出样式

有个要求的文献格式类似于IEEE  请问我怎么在IEEE基础上添加我的样式？
基本样式如下

引文的地方修改引文模板， 参考文献的位置修改 题录--模板。 然后另存为到自定义界面即可。
