有些下载下来的文献标题名过长，没法导入进去，怎么办？

有些文件导入ne的时候提示“保存文件失败：……，可能您没有相应的权限”，一开始我不知道怎么回事，后来才发现，这些出错的文件共同特点是，文件名特别长，比如下面这个：
Molecular cloning and characterization of the genes encoding an auxin efflux carrier and the auxin influx carriers associated with the adventitious root formation in mango (Mangifera indica L.) cotyledon segments.pdf

这怎么解决？
